I wish I could give 10 stars for this beautiful, memorable, and unique experience with Roberto! While I originally found his e-bike tour through on Viator, once I booked Roberto reached out to me personally to discuss planning the day. I couldn't believe his kindness and how deeply he cared about making my family's experience so personal and special. When he found out it was my partner's birthday, he immediately started asking about our preferences and things we love, and suggesting even more unique routes than were offered on the website! He helped me to plan the most amazing birthday surprise for us and for my in-laws, who we were traveling with. Roberto thought of EVERYTHING - what we'd want most, things he could surprise us with along the way, accommodating everyone's physical comfort levels with the varying ages and experience with e-bikes among us. He even worked with the incredible team at La Braccesca winery to create a lunch and tasting for us...which somehow started with being offered beautiful coffee and bites upon arrival that morning. We felt like royalty...and somehow also like instant family. The care, the thoughtfulness...it's truly unlike anything I've ever experienced and means more to us than Roberto could ever truly understand. He was so focused on our family's experience the entire day. We learned about the history and plant life of the area, saw off-the-beaten-path sites we'd never even have known about without him, and he even saved me when I got my own pants caught in the bike chain (100% my fault) - he taped my pants up so it wouldn't happen again, and off we went! He even helped us choose other activities throughout our week that had nothing to do with his business! He does it ALL, and he does it with such love and passion. If you've made it this far, you know that my family will be grateful to Roberto and for this absolutely perfect day for the rest of our lives. We made the most beautiful memories, thanks to him. I also happen to be a travel advisor (something Roberto didn't know until after the entire day was over), and I will be sending any client visiting beautiful Tuscany his way! Grazie mille, Robi!!!!

We had an amazing experience with Roberto! Such a fun and hilarious guy, while also being incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving people an unforgettable experience. We left feeling like we got to experience the area in such a special way. My husband and I had the best time with Roberto and Sara! We were in Tuscany for a wedding and only had one free day to do an e-bike experience. When I connected with Roberto, it became clear that he is not only passionate about showcasing the beauty of Tuscany and Umbria via e-bike, but his product is unique and completely tailored to the guests. As a travel agent, this is exactly what I look for - not some cookie cutter group tour. I asked Roberto to tailor an e-bike tour that showed us some of the best views in Chianti combined with interesting history. I also mentioned we love birds. We met up with Roberto and Sara at a beautiful winery in Chianti in the morning. Over some coffee, we went over the plan for the day and got to know each other. We then did a safety briefing, and then soon after got on our e-bikes. The bikes were beautiful! Great condition, easy to handle, and the e-motor worked flawlessly. I can’t imagine biking through hilly Tuscany without an e-bike. We stopped at various sites in the countryside with Roberto explaining interesting facts about growing grapes, the origin of the black rooster, Etruscan hunting techniques, wild herbs, bird nests, and so much more. I’ve never had a guide as funny as Roberto, and he made ancient stories so much more entertaining. Sara was always behind us making sure we were safe and calling out if there were any cars. We stopped in the cool walled town of Monteriggioni before heading back to the winery for lunch, a wine tasting, and a tour. Lunch was incredible, and the wines were delicious. The wine tour was short and sweet. When I say this e-bike tour was one of the highlights of my trip, I mean it. Roberto and Sara took time to get to know us and it felt like we were old friends visiting their town to show us around. We saw some of the most gorgeous views in Chianti and even saw a baby eagle. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. I highly recommend them for families, couples, and even solo travelers who want an immersive Chianti sightseeing experience with someone who is passionate about e-biking in Italy.
