Browsing data

If you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymised data: IP address (truncated), pages visited, session duration, device type, traffic source.

Chat data

If you use the Tawk.to live chat, messages and any personal data you share during the conversation are processed by Tawk.to.

Booking data

When you make a booking we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, chosen date, number of participants.

Payment data

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe Inc. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the addextra.services platform. By accessing the site or making a booking you accept these terms in full.

1. The Platform

addextra.services is an online marketplace that connects travellers with independent local operators who offer experiences and services in Tuscany (Italy). The platform is owned and operated by KOMETE.CLOUD CO., LTD.

2. Operator Responsibility

Each experience or service is planned, organised and delivered by independent local operators. addextra.services acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety or delivery of the experiences. Any disputes regarding the activity itself must be resolved directly with the operator.

3. Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed upon successful payment via Stripe. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided. Prices shown are inclusive of VAT where applicable. addextra.services does not store payment card data.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Each experience or service has its own cancellation policy, set by the individual operator and shown on the activity page before booking. addextra.services is not responsible for refunds in the event of cancellation by the customer; these are subject to the operator's policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The graphic design, code and general content of addextra.services are the property of KOMETE.CLOUD CO., LTD. Texts, photos and descriptions of individual experiences are the property of the respective operators, who are responsible for their accuracy and copyright compliance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the competent court is that of Arezzo (AR), Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers resident in the European Union.
